The past week has been teeming with ministry planned and unplanned. Sadly there have been five funerals including the funerals of Filda Amito Olobo, Prince Stephen Karamagi one of the royals of Toro, Idah Rubabinda a retired school teacher of note, our dear Rev. Can. Fred Komunda also lost his mother, on Friday we lost the Mother of our own Mr. Arthur Mutalemwa and Hon Ruth Tuma the wife to the Late Dr Tom Tuma of Busoga was also laid to rest this week. May the Holy Spirit, the Comforter grant us courage and faith to walk the road ahead.
We are also compelled to pray for the families that lost loved ones in Juba and for the tragedy in NICE, Frances where a truck driver ploughed through the crowds leaving at least 84 dead.
On a happier note the Youth returned from Arusha excited by what God did through their outreach and thankful to God that all their expenses were fully covered.
The Seniors left on mission to Kasese taking along Rev Canon Michael Mukhwana, who is on official leave.
Rev Hillary Jaffu left for Nigeria with some of the Intercessors for the 19th All Nations Congress. We pray for a time of insight into what God is asking us to do in Africa.
