Text: Isaiah 59:1-21
Prophet Isaiah is telling the people that God is willing to help them only if they obey (v. 1). The problem is not God but, the sin that people are indulged in. (v. 2). (Rom. 3:23). On top of commiting evils, some were happy to recruit and inflict others with the same evil (v. 5). Today many people delight in evil and some go extra mile to train others to do the same. We need to repent and ask God to forgive us and heal our land (2 Chron. 7:14) in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Meditate on verse 2. How are you going to respond to it?
Father, in the name Jesus Christ, forgive me for all my sins that have separated me from You. Amen.
