Wednesday, 22nd December 2021. That Jesus Christ would be light for the nations of the world
Text: Isaiah 42:1-17
Prophet Isaiah prophesies that the Messiah would be righteous and a
light to the nations, to those who sit in darkness (vv. 6-7).
Jesus Christ, the Messiah fulfilled this prophecy because He is the light of the world, and will be the lamp in the New Jerusalem. Jesus Christ is the light for all nations (Rev.21:23-24). Through Christ, God is calling you to be the light to this dark world. You cannot be a light to this world unless you have Christ in your life! You receive Christ by faith through prayer!
Meditate on Rev. 21:24. How are you going to apply it to your life?
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, May our leaders bring glory to you!
