Text: Psalm 27:1-14.
“Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD!” verse 14. It is important after you have prayed to God,
to give Him time to answer. Look at King David, anointed at the age of 16, but never got the throne until he was thirty years. Waiting on the
Lord may not be easy because many times you want a quick answer, sometimes you may think that God has forgotten you. Please wait!
Reflect on verse 14, is there an area in your life where you are almost giving up? Exercise patience, just wait on the Lord. How are you going
to apply verse 14 to your life?
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, forgive me for being impatient and selfish when I have sought from You quick answers. I pray for
patience and calmness. Amen.
