Text: Colossians 1:24-29.
In Christ you are empowered to overcome the devil. If you are a child of God you have the power to overcome the devil in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. In Christ the mystery is now revealed in Him, verse 27. If Christ lives in you then you are sharing His glory and therefore empowered to cast out demons.
Reflect on verse 26 and 27, what is God teaching you in these verses?
My heavenly Father, forgive me where I have relied on the arm of flesh to fight the enemy, now I turn to You to grant me victory over my enemies. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
