Text: Deuteronomy 28:9-12.
Today we are reading of the promises of God to those who keep and obey His commandments and do not worship idols or practice witchcraft and sorcery. We are warned in many places in Scripture to avoid idolatry and other abominable practices like witchcraft and sorcery at all costs.
These are very serious things which call for our attention and consideration. Is there anything you would like to claim or apply? Are you prepared to avoid the consequences of witchcraft?
Lord God, teach me to always be patient and not to be in haste to avoid accidentally entering into error. In the name Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
