Saturday, 11th September 2021. Be diligent to discipline your child
Text: Proverbs 13:1-25
Discipling your child is key in shaping him to live by faith (v.24). For a child to live by faith does not come automatically and is not natural. It needs constant shepherding and guidance, focusing him to the Lord. And in all this discipline is key, and where need be use the stick as you pray for the child! Your prayer will be effective only when you are in Christ.
Meditate on verse 24. How are you going to apply it to your family?
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, teach me how to discipline my children, to the glory of Your name. Amen.
