Text: Colossians 3:12-17.
“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one
another and, if one has complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above of all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony,” (verses 12-14). Forgiveness is one of the greatest weapons in the
arsenal of a believer against the devil. It totally disarms your detractors. It is through Christ that we are reconciled to God through the forgiveness of sin.
Reflect on verses 12-13 how do these verses speak to you? Is there something you want to put right with God and people around you?
My heavenly Father, thank You for forgiving me. Teach me how to forgive those that offend me. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray,
