Text: Matthew 13:1-15
Jesus Christ told His disciples, and indeed all of us who comprehend spiritual truth, that salvation is by the grace of God (v.11). It is not for everyone; but for those who God destined from birth to be saved (see also John 6:44). It is not by chance; it is from the eternal plan of the Godhead.
Mysteries are the truths which were hidden from all generations from the past; but have been revealed in the New Testament (v.17). Do not take salvation lightly; for some will not receive it; and are bound for hell.
Meditate on verse 16-17. How are you going to apply them to your life?
Almighty and loving Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank You for drawing me near You and graciously giving me the eternal gift of Your salvation . Amen.
