Text: Ezekiel 45:1-25
In this Chapter, we read of a very large portion of land given to the prince. The kings of Israel often took the land from their people; but Yahweh will have no more of it. The princes are given a lot of land and commanded to rule justly. They must also provide the needs of the people during the several feasts Israel has during the year.
The eternal Prince, Jesus Christ, is the Creator and Owner of all things, and He has freely given all things to His people. Everything they need for them to be with God and for them to bring proper worship has been provided by Christ. He is the food offering, He is the burnt offering for sin, and when we come to God in Christ, we and our worship are accepted.
Meditate on verses 18-20. What is God teaching you in these verses?
Our heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank You for Your Son,
Jesus Christ, who had no sin but took up my sins in order for me to have
fellowship with You. Amen.
