Text: Psalm 14:1-7.

When God had created the world, everything was very good (Gen.1:31), but some time later He regretted that He had made man (Gen.6:6). None of us can boast of any goodness when subjected to God’s perfect standard. “They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one,” verse 3 (ESV). Only Jesus Christ lived a perfect life.

We need to receive and believe in Him, only then can we attain righteousness, of Jesus Christ, not of our own. Meditate on verse 3. How are you going to respond to this verse? Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray that You arise and fight for us. Give us victory. Amen.
