Text: Matthew 5:17-20.
“For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished,” (verse 18). For you to interpret the Bible well you need to know that even the smallest letter or dot in the Bible is fully God’s Word. This understanding will help you not to misapply any texts from the Bible, and will guard against any wrong teachings. This calls you to read the Bible consistently and diligently!
Reflect on verse 18, what are you learning from this text, and how are you going to apply it to your life and community?
Father, thank You for every letter in the Scripture that You have given me. Help me to understand the Scripture. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
