Text: Acts 10:1-10; 34-43.
In the above text this man, Cornelius, used to fast and pray and he also had a spiritual gift of giving. His vision and request for Peter to come
were directly from God as a result salvation came into his household.
We can also get some of our family members, if not all, on board if we witness, trust and seek God wholeheartedly. God is able!
Reflect on verse 4, what is God teaching you as regards prayer and giving? How are you going to apply verse 3 and 4 to your life?
My heavenly Father, I pray for the Spirit of giving. Strengthen my resolve to fast and pray and also give alms to the poor. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
