Brief message from ACP Team on ACP Sunday 01st November 2020
The ACP Team continues to thank God for His faithfulness for the Cathedral Building project through the tough lock-down season. Phase 3 works are ongoing and hence the site remains under restricted access.
This year 2020 is being optimized through Transition Works in small lots, despite the continuing effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on construction and financial sectors.
We are continuing with the Sanctuary interiors, external works and associated building services. The interior works in progress are: railings, block wall in-fills and plastering of walls of the sanctuary and bell tower.
External works are near complete. Paving and boundary fencing at plots 4 and 6 are done pending some finishes. Drainage works at plot 2 for storm water and limited gardening are in progress while the design of Access/Exit gate no. 2 on Lugard road is now complete.
We are grateful for all your contributions to the project in different ways and groups. Monthly babies, professionals thanksgiving and all other fund mobilisation initiatives are well appreciated.
Brethren, the finishing line is near, do not despair. We encourage you to continue to: Pray, Participate, Provide and (mobilise) Partners for this great work as we honour God.
