Financial Status – Phase II

-Less Payments to to date: UGX 1,731,988,367
-Amount to be paid to Contractor and Consultant: UGX 5,391,496,590
-Less Cash at hand: UGX 3,114,689,391
-Amount to raise for Phase 2 works: UGX 2,276,807,199 [US$ 599,159].
B Technical Status:
WE ARE ROOFING this year. The Contractor completed the first major milestone which is the First Gallery (including mezzanine levels for 4 Chapels) in February 2018. The Bell Tower is now at 6th Level out of the 12 planned floors; Altar platforms are already done in suspended reinforced concrete; Lift shaft is done up to the first gallery where it ends. The Second Gallery is now in progress and hopefully will be completed by end of July 2018. Thereafter we proceed towards the roofing stage. The key target remains that we should be Roofing by end of August 2018. We encourage you to continue to: Pray, Participate, Provide and (mobilise) Partners for this great work of the Lord.
