B) Technical Status
Phase 3 scope of civil works, furnishing, fittings and equipment Installations to be clustered in Lots of small modest values will be executed in sequential or concurrent approach as appropriate. Phase 3 Works will commence with Wall Plastering, Railings and External works to enable occasional usage of the new sanctuary site.
Thereafter, Ceiling Works, Windows and Doors (excluding Lower ground/ Offices) and Floor finishes will follow.

The Provost still requests:
(a) “In-house” professionals within the Cathedral and are knowledgeable in Church Interior designing, renewable energy, audio-visual Industry, security and fire safety installations to register with the ACP Secretariat so as to be co-opted to support the technical team with expert inputs into the next steps of the project;
(b) “In-kind” offers of Cement, Ceramic/Porcelain/Wood tiles, Sand and terrazzo supplies to be used for Common works of wall and floor finishes. Please register the offer with the ACP Secretariat.

C) Funds Mobilisation
Thanks go to all the regular givers to ACP through: On going Gideon
commitments, regular Sunday collections, Fellowship and group contributions, individual and family giving, one- off giving, Diaspora giving, buying of ACP branded Souvenirs to strengthen our identity and celebrations thanksgiving.

We invite you to pray for and attend the upcoming Family Gala on 15th December. The event will bring the Cathedral congregations together with all youths and children as one Family of God to celebrate the goodness of the Lord among us. Through this event, funds will also be raised towards phase 3 of the project.
