Today 4th June 2017 is ACP Sunday. Phase 2 works are in progress.
The ACP Team extends gratitude and blessings for all the contributions, prayers and desire to raise the sanctuary of God.
Phase 2 Goal:
• Planned completion date: August 2018
• Scope: Structural Walls, Office Layout, Two Galleries, Windows, Doors, Bell Tower and Roofing
• Financier: God working through his people.
A. Financial Status:
• Project Cost (Contractor, Consultant and VAT): Shs 7.1 Billion
• Amount Available: Shs 2,511,860,218
• Balance to be raised: Shs 4,588,139,782
• Monthly Fundraising Target: Shs 306 million
• May 2017 Funds Raised: Shs 185,340,035
B. Technical Status:
The contractor is fully mobilized on site and works have started with setting out for columns and walls, steel fixing and formwork and delivery of key materials for concrete works. The Cathedral Management requests for your understanding and patience as we face some inconveniences and limited parking areas, all for the good of God’s work among us.
All parishioners are encouraged to participate in project monitoring and site inspections as the works progress.
