Text: 2 Corinthians 8:1-24.
“For they gave according to their means, as I can testify, and beyond their means, of their own accord,” verse 3. (ESV). You do not have an excuse for not giving. Give according to your means, and if need be beyond your means. Remember God does not look at the amount but the attitude of giving. And if you know that you are just a steward of what you have, then you will give part of what God entrusted you with.
Reflect on verse 9, what is God teaching you in this verse? How are you going to apply verse 3 to your life and family.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, thank You for the resources You have entrusted me with. Help me to use them to multiply Your kingdom. Forgive me where I have been stingy. Amen.
