Text Psalm 1:1-6.
“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;” verse 1. A godly father looks for fellow godly fathers for fellowship and counsel.
He chooses the right people to interact with, people whose lives have been entrusted to God through His son Jesus Christ. People who are yearning to please God all the time.
Reflect on verse 1, how are you going to apply this verse to your life?
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, keep me from the counsel of the wicked and the company of wrong people and mockers. Amen.
