Text: 1 John 2:1-6.
“Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him”, verse 4 (ESV). Do you realise that if you have not been honoring God’s day, Sunday you are a liar! The Lord calls you to repent and do right, honour His day.
Reflect on verse 4, what is God teaching you in this verse? How are you going to apply it to your life and family?
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, forgive us as a community for many of us do not honor Your day, Sunday, and have been liars.
Forgive us and bless us, give us the ability to honour Your day.
