Text: Galatians 2:1-21.
Paul reminds the Galatians that the true gospel does not depend on circumcision. He appeals to Peter and John to follow suit and in a move of gospel boldness rebukes ‘Peter to his face’. The true gospel of Christ is to know that one is justified by faith in Christ, and not by the law (v. 16).
Meditate on verse 16. How are you going to apply them to your life?
God Almighty, I pray that I will defend the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Help me to focus on You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
