ACP Update – Sunday, 21st May 2017.

Today 21st May 2017 is a special Sunday as Phase 2 works started this week. The ACP Team extends gratitude and blessings for all the contributions, prayers and desire to raise the sanctuary of God. The Lord is continuing to do marvellous things as we wind down the pre-construction stages.
A. Financial Status
Our total contractual obligation for Phase 2 is shs 7.1bn
Last week (14th to 20th May 2017) UGX 15,354,800 and USD 11 was collected and banked on ACP account.
As of today we have UGX 2,400,006,014 available for construction and for smooth execution we need to have raised UGX 4 Billion by December 2017. For us to be able to achieve this dream (1.6 Bn), we need to continue to give generously. Our prayer is that the Lord will continue to resurrect all the enemy had taken from you.
Total cash Inflow = UGX 2,929,814,511
Total cash Out flow = UGX 529,808,497
Net flow = UGX 2,400,006,014 (Available to start Pase 2)
Expenditure relates to payments of mortgage for plot 4, fundraising intitiatives, meetings, refreshments, salaries, statutory obligations and the Consultant.
2. UGX 1,960,000,000 is invested in fixed deposits.
B Technical Status
The new Cathedral site (Plot 6, Lugards road) was handed over to the Contractor Ambitious Construction Ltd on Tuesday, 16th May 2017 and the site was hoarded off.
