Text: 2 Corinthians 1:1-24.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort”, Verse 3 (NKJV). God the Father and God the Son are of the same essence. The Son is the anointed one (Christ) and redeemer (Jesus). Jesus Christ willingly came down from His lofty position in heaven to become man and servant so that me and you can have eternal life. Repent and seek forgiveness from Him. In Christ alone there is eternal life. And this is the gospel.
Meditate on verse 3. How are you going to apply it to your life?
Father, thank You for Jesus Christ who humbled Himself and became man so that I may have eternal life. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
