Text: Philippians 4:1-23.
The Bible is encouraging us to rejoice in the Lord (v.1) because we can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us (v.13). Evil may seem to be on the increase, and indeed it has increased but take heart, you are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. What you need to do is to trust and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. Rejoice always that your name is in the book of life!
Have you received and believed in Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord?
This is your day, the day of salvation!
Meditate on verse 13. How are you going to apply it to your life?
My Lord God and Creator of all things, Judge of all judges, I thank You for creating me in Your image. Empower me to do all things to the glory of your Mighty name. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
