Text: Revelation 1: 9-20.
“I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet…” verse 10 (ESV). If all days belong to Jesus Christ, then the Lord’s Day, Special Day, must be the day He resurrected from the grave, which is the first day of the week. This again encourages us Christians to congregate on the first day of the week, Sunday.
Reflection on verse 10, what is God teaching you in this verse?
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we thank You for giving us a day of rest to reflect and worship You in truth and Spirit. Amen.
