Text: Genesis
2:19-24.
“…This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man”, (verse 23). By Adam naming Eve, “woman” it indicated the leadership role on part of Adam.
Remember Adam had named all other animals as a sign of leadership or some-one in charge (Genesis 2:19-20). This was right before the fall.
Reflect on verse 23, what lessons are you learning from this verse and the text as a whole?
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, l pray for the many men to take up their God given roles of leadership in giving the desired godly directions for their respective families, Amen.
