The ACP Team is grateful to God for His faithfulness for the Cathedral Building project. We continue to execute phase 3 through Transition Works in small lots, despite the continuing effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on construction and financial sectors. The site remains under restricted access.
This year 2021, the pending interiors and Sanctuary building exteriors will be done to achieve the desired usable state of the new Cathedral. Furnishing and Equipment installations may be achieved at any time, as the Lord provides the resources.Brethren, the finishing line is near, do not despair. We encourage you to continue to: Pray, Participate, Provide and (mobilise) Partners for this great work as we honour God.

B. Technical Status
Between January- August 2021, the following works are planned: Mechanical In- stallations for public Washrooms; Remedial Works for Storm and Foul Drainage; Railings to staircases / open landings; Closures (Windows and Doors); Floors, and Main Access/exit gates on Lugard road boundary.
Between September – December 2021, the following works are planned: Electri- cal Installations; ICT Installations; Mechanical Installations for Ministers’ Wash- rooms; External Finishes to Slanting Walls and Bell Tower
The following interior works have been completed: railings to galleries, block wall in-fills and plastering of walls of both the sanctuary and bell tower. External works com- pleted are: paving and boundary fencing at plots 4 and 6, storm water drainage works at plot 2 and limited gardening.
We have now commenced on public washrooms, building (foul) drainage and remedial works for storm water drainage and security camera installa- tions.
